  - No refund for class downgrade whether on confirmed or waitlisted bookings
• Children and Infant Fares:
  - Unaccompanied child (below 12 years from departure date) must pay adult fare
  - Infants under 2 years without a seat pay 10% of applicable published fare
  - Infants under 2 years with a seat pay adult fare
  - All fares must be rounded up to nearest dollar
