• Taxes and fuel surcharges are estimates and subject to daily rate of exchange and possible airline fluctuations. Prices are only finalised when tickets are issued.
• Applicable to students travelling to Brisbane for further education only. Student pass or Letter of Acceptance into the school must be submitted. 
• Reservations/ Ticketing:
  - Reservations required for all sectors
• Stopovers/ Transfers: Not permitted
• Changes/ Cancellation/ Refund:
  - Rebooking/ Revalidations: Permitted provided all the ticketing conditions are met
  - Refund: 
    a. For totally unused tickets: a refund fee of SGD75.00 plus admin fee will apply
    b. Partially unused tickets: refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed   
        less the refund fee of SGD75.00 plus admin fee
  - No show: In all cases of reissue, rerouting and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservation on original ticket must be submitted. 
    Otherwise, a no-show fee of SGD150.00 plus admin fee will apply
